About Us
After earning his law degree from The University of Texas School of Law, ranked one of the top law schools in the United States, M. Scott Ortiz started his legal career in the Austin office of a large Texas-based law firm representing clients of different sizes in litigation. He later joined a Dallas law firm of about 50 lawyers and represented automobile manufacturers and other manufacturers in high-stakes products liability lawsuits and other companies in litigation. Mr. Ortiz later joined a smaller firm in Rockwall, Texas in 2005 working in several law practice areas, before starting his own law firm. His law practice includes several areas of law, such as:
